Team plan
One workspace for the whole team
Seats come with your plan; roles decide what each person can do; approvals decide what goes out.
How to start your team
- Step 1
Pick a plan with seats
Invitations are available from the Starter plan up. Free is a single seat.
- Free1 seat
- Starter2 seats
- Pro3 seats
- Business10 seats
- Step 2
Invite by email
A workspace owner sends the invitation from Settings, choosing the role. The invitation reserves a seat while it waits and expires after 14 days.
- Step 3
They accept and get to work
Someone with an account signs in with their own password to accept; someone new creates one. Either way they land in your workspace with the role you chose.
Three roles
Owner
Everything an editor can do, plus the team itself: invite people, change roles, remove members. A workspace always keeps at least one owner.
Editor
Create, generate, schedule and publish. The everyday role for the people who make the content.
Viewer
Read-only: sees everything in the workspace and changes nothing.

Review before it goes out
Approvals hold a post until a reviewer clears it, so nothing reaches a channel unseen. Available from the Starter plan up. Approvals
Still have questions?
What happens when the seats are used up?
A new invitation is refused until a seat is free. Members and pending invitations both count; revoking an invitation or removing a member frees its seat.
Can a viewer publish?
No. A viewer can read everything and change nothing; publishing, scheduling and generating need the editor or owner role.
Can the last owner be removed?
No. A workspace always keeps at least one owner; promote someone else to owner first.
How do I change someone's role?
A workspace owner changes it from Settings at any time; the change applies immediately.
Does a pending invitation take a seat?
Yes, from the moment it is sent, so a plan cannot be over-invited. It is released when the invitation is revoked or expires.
